Participation in our lottery is subject to our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a lottery ticket, you agree to resolve any legal disputes under the laws and jurisdiction outlined herein.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe your rights have been violated, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days.

If resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of [Insert Country, e.g., Malta], unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DallasLotto shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Events beyond our reasonable control
